Key Scripture: Romans 3:20“24
A mirror reveals dirt but cannot wash a face. In a similar way, God’s law reveals sin but cannot save the sinner. It shows where our lives fall short of divine love and awakens our need for a Savior.
Jesus provides what the law cannot: forgiveness, cleansing, and a new heart. The commandments remain a trustworthy standard, while Christ remains our only hope of salvation. Looking honestly into God’s law should lead us away from pride and toward the cross.

Lord Jesus, use Your law to reveal our need and lead us into Your forgiving and transforming grace. Amen.
