THE SABBATH SIGN OF REDEMPTION

Key Scripture: Deuteronomy 5:12″15

Deuteronomy connects Sabbath rest with Israel’s deliverance from slavery. The day remembers not only creation but also redemption.

In Christ, believers are delivered from slavery to sin. Sabbath rest illustrates that salvation is received rather than earned. We stop ordinary labor and celebrate the God who creates, liberates, and sustains His people.

Prayer:
Redeemer, free us from sin and let every Sabbath celebrate Your saving grace. Amen.
