CONTENTMENT IN A CULTURE OF COMPARISON

Key Scripture: Philippians 4:11“13

Advertising and social media often encourage comparison. Other people’s homes, relationships, careers, and possessions can appear more desirable than our own.

Contentment does not forbid healthy goals. It frees us from believing that another possession or status will complete us. Paul learned contentment through Christ in both abundance and need. Gratitude and generosity weaken covetousness.

Prayer:
Lord, free us from comparison and teach us contentment in Christ. Amen.
