Christians bear the name of Christ. People often form impressions of the gospel by observing those who claim to follow Him.
Representing God well means practicing honesty, mercy, humility, and consistency. Religious language cannot compensate for unkind behavior. When believers fail, sincere confession and correction protect the credibility of their witness better than excuses.

Jesus, help us represent Your name with humility, integrity, kindness, and truth. Amen.
